In general, please note:

If you lack something in our accommodation, if there is a need for improvement of something or if we could be of further assistance to you, please contact us.

We are here to help. Please treat the facility with care, so that the next guests will also feel comfortable with us.

If there is any damage to the facility, please let us know.

Inform us, at the latest at the time of departure.

Most of the times, these matters can be solved quickly and easily with liability insurance.

Please also point out these house rules to colleagues and employees.

The kitchen:

Please wash dishes, cutlery, pots and pans before departure, so that the next guests will always find clean kitchen utensils.

Please dispose of all groceries before departure.

Please leave the kitchen as you would like to find it on your next visit.

Key:

As a tenant, you will receive at least one key.

Losing a key requires replacing the entire locking system.

The loser of the key bears the costs for this.

Nighttime Quiet / Lunch Times:

To ensure that you and the other guests have a good night's sleep tomorrow, the Nighttime Quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. as well as lunchtime periods from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m., must be observed.

Your Duty of Care:

Please close all windows and doors before leaving your accommodation.

Please also ensure that all lights and the stove/oven are switched off.

Valuables:

The landlord is not liable for valuables and cloakroom.

Smokers:

We ask that you only smoke outside on the terrace. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Animals:

Pets are allowed on request. Fees apply.

Parties are not allowed.

Water and electricity resources should be used sparingly - an environmentally friendly act that we ask of you.

Garbage Disposal The waste is to be separated into residual waste, glass, paper and compost (packaging with the green dot). Appropriate waste containers are available on the property.

At Departure :

Please remove everything from the refrigerator and from the freezer. P

lease be sure to close doors and windows.

Please make sure you haven't forgotten anything in the accommodation.

Please pay particular attention to charging cables, toiletries in the bathroom and food in the kitchen.
